Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, I’ve implemented a 30% cancellation fee for appointments canceled within a 12 hour time period. Any no shows will be required to pay 30% of their total service cost. A new appointment cannot be booked until this is paid.
There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients. More than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and you will be charged a no show fee of 30% of your total service cost.
